A one day training program was jointly organized by District Legal Services Authority, Satara, Maitri Network Nirman Sanstha Pune, Bharosa Cell, Satara Police and our Yashwantrao Chavan School of Social Work, Satara on 31st March 2022. In this training program, sexual abuse of children and women: concepts, provisions of law and the role and responsibilities of social organizations in related incidents were discussed and guided. As the chief guest for this training program, Hon. Praveen Bhirde, Civil Judge, Satara, Hon. Ajay Kumar Bansal, Superintendent of Police, Satara, Hon. Bhai Shailendra Mane, Executive Chairman, IAS Institution, Satara and the principal of the college, Dr. Shali Joseph were present. As an expert guide for this training program, Hon. Praveen Bhirde Saheb and Hon. Anita Amande Menkar, Assistant Inspector of Police, Bharosa Cell, Satara, Hon. Janhvi Joshi, Panel Lawyer, Satara and Hon.
